Excel Housing Solutions are seeking applications for a new team member for our Floating Support team. The role is part time (16hrs) providing support to clients across the South Ribble area and surrounding areas. The role will be entirely remote working from home, and all equipment will be provided.
We are looking for motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos.
The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible and must be able to handle all situations that arise due to the nature of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are innovative and assertive with a positive attitude.
You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, although being able to communicate with clients in a focused, and solution-based way is important. We encourage applications from those with lived experience and minority groups.
It is desirable (not essential) that applicants have a full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Working closely with South Ribble Housing Options Team, you will support people to prevent homelessness and tenancy failure. The role will be entirely remote working from your home location and equipment will be provided by Excel Housing Solutions. The successful candidate will be organised, flexible and be able to handle difficult situations due to the nature of our clients.
All offers of employment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, two references and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. People with criminal convictions will still be considered subject to a satisfactory risk assessment.
The post is subject to continuous funding.
